Welcome to the Taralye Foundation

Established in 2002 as a public fund, the Taralye Foundation seeks gifts and contributions from private donors, corporations and philanthropic trusts to help with funding for the provision and improvement of research, programs, buildings, equipment and facilities for the care and education of deaf children at Taralye – the oral language centre for deaf children.

The Taralye Foundation’s main objectives are to:

Create opportunities for the wider community to support Taralye;
Create a capital fund to ensure Taralye’s long term sustainability;
Raise funds to conduct research and specific programs;
Promote a statewide service for families seeking an oral education for their deaf child / children;
Provide Taralye with funds to purchase additional testing and audiometric equipment; and to
Establish a bequest program
